Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

If you wish to cancel or return an order, please contact CosyPals first at ecomekim@gmail.com with your order number. Do not send any item to our registered office unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

For online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Once you have notified us, the item must be returned within 14 days.

Returned items should be kept in good condition. Where permitted by law, we may reduce the refund if an item has been used or damaged beyond what is reasonably necessary to check it.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return postage costs.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us at ecomekim@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will assist you in accordance with your statutory rights.

Approved refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
