Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout. If payment cannot be authorised or completed, the order may not be processed.

Delivery

Our estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If there is a delivery problem or material delay, CosyPals will take reasonable steps to contact the customer and resolve the issue. Statutory rights relating to delivery remain unaffected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact ecomekim@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. Please contact us before sending any item back.
